Last but not least, Morgan, Dormo's Driven at Heart, is here to stay.

She is named after Morgan Motor Company - the sport cars which are still hand made to perfection.

Her first public appearance was at our local Fall Fair alongside her auntie Moka, Am/Can GCH Dormo's Ice Princess Mocha, CGN, CA, RN, CD.. as the Samoyed ambassador at the " Meet the Breed" booth and participated in the Breed Parade.

Juni, Sulley, Rio and Morgan will make further appearance in future show scene.

7 weeks

Housebreaking is going on fine. 

They will let you know when nature calls. It is a bark that you can't miss.

They race to go outside.

As soon as they are outside, they potty.

They are so much fun. Big sister Scarlet loves to play with them.

Notice how Scarlet lowers her body to be at puppies level, or even rolled over to play with them, that is how an older dog should play with the puppies and appears to be non-threatening.

An older dog who is friendly with puppies will never stand over them or runs straight on towards them.

6 weeks

More milestone has been reached.

Roxy and I took the puppies out to the yard to start housebreaking.

They crossed the door frame, climbed a step leading to the patio.

They followed mom and ran on grass.

They have also had a chance to do their "business" outside the house.

Big sister Kiska visited with her family. They got to meet some"dog" outside the household.

They got to meet human of different size and "shape".

And they received presents. :-) 

5 weeks

A lot has changed in 1 week.

First, we have an escapee.

Then they have met a lot of visitors.

And they get to meet Daddy Beckham for the first time. 

They play with toys.

They play with their siblings.

They are getting to be a lot of fun.

4 weeks old

4 weeks old today.

There is a first for everything.

I woke up by some puppies screaming.

We have a first escapee from the whelping box and she couldn't get back inside.

Guess who she is.

There is a 1 in 5 chance of getting it right.

They got to explore the basement while I took down the pig rails.

A few of them are more adventurous that others.

First puppy got a wash because she got poop on her. I think she was pushed by her siblings.

Now that they are eating puppy mashed, Roxy isn't as keen to clean them up.

The basement door is left opened.

The other dogs are respecting Roxy's wish and wouldn't come in to visit without her permission.
